I’ve been away for a couple of weeks, taking care of life issues. No matter how many plans we make, things happen to derail us. Rather than stressing over the fact that we can’t keep our normal routines, we need to take measures to keep our sanity.
~Take a breath and slow down. Take a moment to plan your new path.
~Accept the change in your lifestyle. It’s probably temporary.
~Learn what you can from the new situation.
Acceptance is the key to change. You may not be happy about your situation, but by taking these steps you’ll make adjustments with more ease.
